Cynthia Carter is a Case Manager at Plaza Specialty Hospital. She has been with us since early 1999. Cynthia has been a professional staff nurse for twenty years. Cynthia first worked as a registered staff nurse, then decided to take on the new challenges of case management. Case management is a very important part of the patient care continuum here at Plaza Specialty Hospital.
